Custom Orders

I have pre-made designs. If you would like any element of that design changed you must place your order as a custom order. Pre-made designs come as is unless I am instructed to change anything. Custom orders must be placed at least 2 weeks in advance or a rush fee will be initiated.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be done within the first 24 hours. If an order is cancelled after 24 hours a 50% non-refundable fee is retained for supplies. Please make sure your event date is available before placing your order.

Shipping

Made to order items are designed to arrive 3-7 days before your chosen event date. Items such as stickers, labels, cups, plates, etc. have a turnaround time of 3-5 days, depending on my workload. Please indicate event date in notes to be at checkout.

Turnaround Time

My shop goes by event dates. Please indicate event date in notes at checkout. Event date must be at least 2 weeks in advance. Anything sooner than two weeks will require a rush fee. My system is set up for your packages to arrive 3-7 days before your chosen event date, if there are no delays with the postal service and if you choose priority shipping.

Refunds and Exchanges

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

-Custom or personalized orders.

-Perishable products ( Food, candy, and drinks)

- Digital Downloads

- Items on sale

I am not responsible for lost packages or errors made through the shipping service.

If the error is my doing, I will gladly remake the item at no charge.
